ICT TRAINING

as you all may know larh , this information can be found on the noticeboard .
just elaborating as a reminder , so that you all wont forget .
this ICT training will take place on :

Date : 11 June .
Time : 0830 - 1130 .
Venue : Comp Lab 1 .

LITERATURE ENRICHMENT

again , a reminder .
this lit enrichment will take place on :

Date : 4 June .
Time : 12 pm - 3 pm .
Venue : not confirmed . (should be classroom) .

TRAVEL FORMS

if you are travelling overseas , please get a travel form at the general office .
fill in and hand in to the recipient before you leave for overseas .
this is a reminder passed down by mr liu .

RELAY SYSTEM

okay , this is extremely important .
again , instructed by mr liu .
we have to have this relay system , in which urgent matters can be passed down to every student of the school .
mr liu will sms our form teachers (mr ang) .
then , form teachers will sms the chairmans in-charge (me) .
following on , i would have to pass the msg to every student of our class .
so we need to devise a system , like groupings .
mr liu suggested that index no. 1 shall pass the msg to 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 .
then no . 6 will pass to 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 .
do you all want this kind of relay system ?
if you have any alternative suggestions , kindly post ;; tag so that we can settle on just one efficient relay system in the case of urgent matters that will be needed to be passed around .

THERMOMETERS

firstly , good job people !
nice suggestions and colourful pens . ;D
mr liu was pleased about the three classes who handed in the suggestions thing .
and he almost remembered our class . ;D
he was like : "erm , ty 2E-something . yea , sorry i forgot . "
and for all i know , we were the first one to hand in .

okay , next will be about the posting of reminders to bring thermometers .
i KNOW , some of us DONT visit the class blog ..
and that some of us change bags ?
(btw , i was quite frustrated about the person who commented on the suggestions on the paper ) .

the paper was for people to just write down POSSIBLE suggestions .
every suggestion does NOT have to be perfect .
it is sort of viewed in general .
and that paper has to be handed in to mr liu ehhs .
if he sees the disagreeing comments , what will he think ?
that 2e5 is not united ? (that is true for like 1 year plusplus) .
please do not do that again ~ thanksthanks .
yeaps , so i will be posting reminders on every sunday to remind people to bring thermometers .
im not going to sms .
waste money (economy downfall ehhs ) .

CLASS OUTING ;; TEE/JACKET

okay , reminder to all that JunHong is supposed to be the organiser of the outing .
if you all have any ideas on where to have to outing , post polls or something .
once the venue is decided , JunHong shall research on the price of entrance fee or whatever , decide on time , any possible places to explore in that venue blahblahs .
yeaps , i think i should let the secretary do his job . ;D
as for the c.tee / jacket , peope please come up with somethingssss .
we must not fall behind the other classes yea ?
those who have design ideas , show it to someone who can help you post onto this blog , or post it here yourself .
then , we shall go check on the prices of the getting the tee / jackets printed .

just here to inform all about :

-maths exam papers 1 and 2 (as instructed by Wesley) .
-science workbook B .
-Lit notebook .
-parent's talk consent forms .

firstly ,
for the maths 1 and 2 , Wesley said that there maybe some changes in the marking scheme .
yeaps , so bring it tml 26/5 in case there is a need to change anything .

secondly ,
science workbook B to be handed in tml 26/5 as well .
im posting on pam's behalf .

thirdly ,
since everyone knows that they do not have to bring mer. of venice and the supp. book as of today onwards for Lit , as we are moving our focus onto poems .
however , do still bring your notebook in case mr yoong needs it .
also to be safe larhs , since we cant predict what items he may want us to bring .
and we can copy down notes along the way too .

lastly ,
parent's talk consent forms .
it is not compulsory for all parents to attend .
ohya , and this is NOT the same as the parent-meeting session .
your parent-meetings are in June .
this talk is for parents only and it's on 28/5 .
if your parents are interested to hear the talk , please complete the lower section of the paper .
hand it to me by tml 26/5 .

if you tend to forget , write it down or start doing these four things NOW .
no one is supposed to forget anything tml kays .
all are due by tml (excluding Lit notebook) , and i want no trouble for ms ching and mr ang .
those who forget tml and get scoldings , it would be what you deserve since ive informed everyone on blog lerhs .
